Help us to build up beautiful artwork, raise tents or to fix construction issues. If you are manually talented and you are a true craftswoman / craftsman, this is your group!
Welcome Area & Visitor Service
Welcoming our guest with natural friendliness comes easy to you? Be a part of our visitor welcome team. Moreover, you help us providing a safe and secure festival site.
Bar Support / Runner
You like the buzz of cramming people, thrive under stress, are prestigeless, service-minded and swift? Prior work experience at a bar is required if you want to join our bar support team.
Are you experienced at preparing food? Then join Roland le chef’s kitchenwork-team and help us to feed the crowd of hungry volunteers and helpers. Your work will be cooking and preparing food, washing dishes, cleaning general site kitchen and eating area as well as maintaining water and juice for the site crew during pre and post festival.
Groundskeeping & Sanitation
Help us making our visitors feeling comfortable. Your task will be to support us mastering the logistics of emptying bins, refilling soap and towels and keeping the facilities in an impeccable sanitary state, picking litter from the ground over the weekend and after the show to keep the site clean.
Cut-down & Cleaning
The festival is over and everyone starts heading home. Not everyone! If you have no problems with celebrating WHY NOT festival first and start working after the party ,you will help us to rebuilt the festival, picking litter from the ground after the weekend and to turn the festival site again into a proper and clean event location again.
Please note that you probably will need to take on more than one role during the festival. Due to limited amount of volunteer jobs we use the the first come, first served approach.

Frequent volunteer related questions:
Do I get paid?
Unfortunately you don’t. We hope that the festival itself, the nice people in team and a lot of good music in a fantastic environment is compensation enough for the work.
What should I bring?
- Working clothes: exactly what you need depends on what kind of work you should do. Generally working gloves and rainwear and enough extra clothing can always be recommended.
- Ear plugs.
What are the working hours?
You will be working two six-hour shifts before, during or after the festival. We can not answer exactly when you will work and when you have time off until the work schedule is finished. Most probably the final schedule will not be in place until the actual week of the festival. Late additions and drop-outs sometimes erase all our best laid plans. In a personal email from volutneer coordinator Nadine you will be informed in more detail.
